This 1995 hearing was held by the Senate Judiciary
"Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology, & Government Information"
One of Alex Jones' podcasts this week showed a video piece
from this 1995 hearing as Jones was about to
present his guest, Robert Fletcher, who had given testimony to
Congress after the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City.
In Jones' video, Fletcher was presenting documents to Chairman
Senator Arlen Specter about an analysis that had been done of the
bombing...
that had been gathered by a career FBI agent...
that analysis saying
that "a fertilizer bomb" could not have done that kind of damage...
and that there were bombs planted beforehand on the
building itself.
I am somewhat familiar with the theory... that the public were not
being told the truth... about witnesses that could not get a hearing
with officials to tell what they had seen occur in the weeks previous
to April 19, 1995.
I don't have those links at hand... but there were
stories of seeing strange uniformed men loitering in the basement parking
garage... under the guise of being repairmen... and another story
about seeing McVeigh appearing catatonic in the elevator...
Doing some research on this hearing, I had to filter through many
press conferences by Senator Specter. One of the links I clicked on...
the first thing I saw was this...
It looked like a circus... lots of prime time television exposure.
The Chairman of this subcommittee, Senator Arlen Specter, has an interesting personal history. He switched political parties a couple of times to
run for an office.

From wikipedia:
"Specter was born in Wichita, Kansas, the youngest child of immigrant
Russian/Ukrainian Jewish parents... Lillie (née Shanin)
and Harry Specter, who grew up in the Bachkuryne village of Cherkasy Oblast, Ukraine. Specter was Jewish, and wrote in his memoir,
Passion for Truth, that his father's family
was the only Jewish family in the village."
"The family lived at 940 South Emporia Street in Wichita before moving to Russell, Kansas, where he graduated from Russell High School in 1947.
Russell is also the hometown of fellow politician
Bob Dole (who graduated from Russell High School in 1941). Specter said that his father weighed items from his junkyard on a scale owned by Dole's father Doran Dole (who owned a granary).
He said his brother Morton and Dole's brother Kenny were contemporaries and friends.
"Specter's father served in the U.S. infantry during World War I, and was badly wounded.
During the Great Depression, Specter's father was a fruit peddler, a tailor, and a junkyard owner. After graduating from Russell High School, Arlen Specter studied first at the University of Oklahoma. He transferred to the University of Pennsylvania, majored in international relations, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1951.
While at Penn, Specter was a member of the Pi Lambda Phi fraternity.
Specter said the family moved to Philadelphia when his sister Shirley was of a marriageable age because there were no other Jews in Russell.
"Specter graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and served with the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Specter later graduated from Yale Law School and opened a law firm with Marvin Katz, who would later become a federal judge.
Specter served as assistant counsel for the Warren Commission investigating the assassination of John F. Kennedy and helped formulate the "single-bullet theory." In 1965, Specter was elected District Attorney of Philadelphia, a position that he held until 1973.
Rabbit hole. This man had many connections... to many people.
For instance:

Spector had once been given the task by the Warren Commission on
the Kennedy assassination... to explain the "one bullet theory."
His report was accepted by the commission... and thus... it did not
amount to the federal level crime of "conspiracy"...
and... there could then only be... a lone gunman.
Conspiracy would require a search for accomplices...
as well as activate the FBI for a federal crime.
And... as we all know... a former U.S. Marine... Lee... Harvey... Oswald...
was arrested for this high crime of assassination... and who... walking
arm in arm with Texas deputies... was shot... right there in front of
everyone. Can't file charges against a dead man.
Oswald's last words were... "I'm a patsy."
Another interesting instance Specter is associated with:

Specter had once requested a pardon for Jonathan Pollard... an Israeli spy.
(Israel had been seeking Pollard's release).
Pollard was convicted in 1987 of selling classified materials to various
nations... not just Israel... tens of thousands of documents, handbooks, maps...
Streets are named after him in Israel.
On February 16, 2011, Specter wrote a letter to President Obama. As Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, he stated that Jonathan Pollard should be pardoned. He stated, "Unfortunately, spying is not an uncommon practice even between allies and friendly nations."
Pollard was released on November 20, 2015, in accordance with federal guidelines in place at the time of his sentencing. On November 20, 2020, his parole expired and all restrictions were removed. On December 30, 2020, Pollard and his second wife moved to Israel and settled in Jerusalem.
The prosecutor of the spy, Jonathan Pollard, was

He and his wife, Victoria Toensing, are partners in the Washington, D.C., law firm diGenova and Toensing. He is known for promoting conspiracy theories about the Department of Justice and the FBI. He and Toensing frequently appeared on Fox News and Fox Business channels, until diGenova used a November 2019 appearance to spread conspiracy theories about George Soros, leading to widespread calls for him to be banned from the network.
Specter voted in favor of the bill establishing Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a federal holiday and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (as well as to override President Reagan's veto). Specter voted against the nomination of Robert Bork to the U.S. Supreme Court, but voted in favor of the nominations of Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, and Samuel Alito. Specter described Anita Hill's testimony during Thomas' nomination as "perjurious in its entirety."
Specter once lost a political race to:

Specter was instrumental in ensuring that the act allocated an additional $10 billion to the National Institutes of Health over the next two years. In August 2009, more than ten years before the global Covid-19 pandemic, he joined Pennsylvania congressman Jason Altmire in leading a congressional hearing investigating whether the federal government should fund a national vaccine production center.
In late April 2009, facing a tough Republican primary, Specter switched to the Democratic party which put Democrats on the "precipice" of a 60-seat majority. He was then denied seniority on Senate committees by his Democratic colleagues.
Back to the Alex Jones' video:
This is something of what had gone down with the militias:
Date of Oklahoma City Federal Building bombing: April 19, 1995
Cspan - May 26, 1995 - 1 hour long militia press conference

transcript is on the same page
Leroy Crenshaw, Robert Fletcher, John Trochmann
and their Attorney, State Senator John DeCamp
Opening the press conference, John DeCamp said:
Five months ago, he had never even heard of the word "militias"
but had been asked to represent a patriot group and a man, Trochmann,
who had had multiple felony cases brought against him.
DeCamp succeeded in either winning the cases or having them dismissed.
Not long after he was hired... the federal building in Oklahoma City
was bombed. Many accusations against militias were made and DeCamp contacted the Judiciary Committee and offered to bring in anyone
they requested to see... of any militia... who would answer freely
any and all questions put to them.
"As I watched Cspan and the various programs on television and saw
pictures of Mr. Trochmann and heard various individuals... painting with
horns four feet long... I began to wonder [if they were talking about
the same people he had come to know] and I could see a lot of
misinformation and disinformation was being put out.
So I made an offer... a request... and I guess you'd call it a demand
[to appear and give testimony]"
A hearing was scheduled for May 26.
DeCamp brought several people to Washington D.C. to testify...
and many others had come
from some distance for the hearing...
and... it was cancelled... rescheduled for June 8th...
actually took place on June 15th.
Meanwhile... the militia group held this press conference.
DeCamp:
"Every time the Constitution is torn... it isn't the
government that steps in and protects it... it is the free press."
Transcript:
From Alex Jones' 1995 video clip introduction for his guest...
Robert Fletcher... who was to be Jones' guest for an hour.
Specter:
"Mr. Fletcher, perhaps your time might be... uh... used to specify some of
the comments which you made this morning on Good Morning, America,
if you would, about the second bomb being planted at Oklahoma City...
or evidence of a second... uh... assailant... a second... conspirator...?"
Fletcher:
"Well, yes... well, its... yes... typically what I might do... again as a matter of...
so we can cover enough things that will also be important...
This is a report... it's been put together by a couple of people... one of them is
an FBI... a former FBI agent... formerly with a $22 million budget and 700
people working under him. He's been with the FBI some 25 years. His
determination... along with many experts... is that there was a minimum of
at least one... if not two more explosions... simultaneously within the building.
"Additionally, we have information that JohnDoe #2 has been located.
He has a name. We know who he is... where he is... and that he is also of a
foreign descent... and for some reason the FBI is steering away from this
gentleman. Uh... that needs to be looked in to more definitively. And... uh...
I will offer this report, which I will leave with you folks.
"This also covers the type of bomb that most likely was utilized inside the
building. The idea that it was a huge fertilizer bomb... there was no residue
to speak of... no caustic fumes, which automatically come from that bomb...
if it was singly placed. Additionally, the idea... according to experts...
the idea of that bomb directively destroying that building as it did...
is absolute baloney.
"So I will just leave this and then we can get into the
answers and questions relative to... uh... other events of government
corruption and being out of control. I want to leave as much time as
we could on that... which includes the militarization of local police
officers all over the United States, including the supplying of armored
personnel vehicles all over America... to small police stations... which
is ridiculous.
